Good to know
How to put them on
- Wash and dry your hands. Gently push back your cuticles with the stick, then wipe each nail with the prep pad.
- Lay out the nail made for each finger, thumb to pinky, so you don't mix them up.
- With glue: a thin layer on your nail and on the back of the press-on. Press it on from the cuticle toward the tip and hold firmly for a few seconds.
- With tabs: stick a tab on your nail, peel off the top, and press the nail on the same way.
Follow any notes Tess includes. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, try one nail first.
How long they last
It depends on your nails, your hands and what you use. With glue, most people get about 1 to 2 weeks per wear. Tabs are gentler and easier to take off, but they usually don't hold as long as glue.
Want them on longer? Use glue, and wear gloves for dishes and cleaning.
Care and reuse
- Don't use your nails as tools for opening cans or peeling stickers.
- To take them off, soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water for a few minutes, then gently lift from the side. Never pull or pry them off. That can hurt your real nails.
- To wear them again, clean the old glue or tab off the back, keep them in their box, and put them on with fresh glue or tabs.

How do I get my sizes?
Use the size check: one photo of your hand next to a quarter, about 2 minutes. Or type your 10 sizes if you know them. They're saved on this device.
What if they don't fit?
If Tess made a size that doesn't match the sizes you gave, she remakes it for free. If the sizes you gave were off, you can still get a remake, at a discount. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
How long until they get here?
Her make time, then the mail. Tess usually makes a set in about 5 days. USPS usually takes 2 to 5 business days inside the US.
Can I return them?
Custom sets can't be returned for a change of mind, because each one is made just for you. If something is wrong, like a broken nail or the wrong size, she remakes it or you get a refund.
